Superfood Smoothie: Mango Maca Morning

Both Husband Hanway and I were finding Monday morning HARD today, so I whipped us up a giant smoothie bowl designed to help us get our ' Get Up and Go' back!

Maca powder is a great addition to your morning smoothies, it gives you a natural but gentle energy boost whilst being caffeine free and full of nutrients.

This recipe is perfect for pre-workout as well as it can enhance stamina and performance, but remember, you only need a small amount to reap the benefits!

Serves: 1 / Prep Time: 2 minutes

Mango Maca Morning Smoothie

  • 1 scoop vanilla vegan protein powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon mama powder (up to 1 teaspoon, but I would err on the side of caution first)
  • 1 teaspoon cashew nut butter
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds

Place all ingredients in a blender and whizz until smooth.
