Anti Inflammatory Pumpkin Overnight Oats

Happy Halloween Everyone! 

These Pumpkin Overnight Oats are not only super delicious, but pack a super nutritious punch too! Superherb turmeric gives them an an anti-inflammatory punch, and remember to alway pair turmeric with black pepper to make the turmeric more bio available to the body. 

  • 1 cup gluten free overnight oats
  • 1 cup cooked pumpkin 
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1/4 cup applesauce
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • Pinch Himalayan salt 

Place all ingredients in a large bowl, and mix well until combined. Transfer to mason jars (should make 2-3 servings), and place in the refrigerator overnight to work its magic!
