Sweat and Superfoods is back for 2018, and we are getting a head start on our healthiest, happiest year yet 

Join me at our boutique weightlifting gym in Newton Centre at 11 am on Monday, January 1st. We will spend 30 minutes working on lifting technique, guide you through a 60 minute full body workout, then talk about the benefits of weightlifting for women, whilst sipping on one of my post workout Superfood Smoothies. 

Space is very limited due to the nature of the workout and so we can give one to one instruction to all. The workout is suitable for all levels.

Endurance is a boutique studio in Boston's beautiful South End, specializing in classical NY style Pilates training, and would love to treat Boston brides to this complimentary workshop!  

Instructor Christie Wang, a bride to be herself, will teach an intimate 45-minute Pilates Mat class to tone and lengthen. The Sweatwork is a project I've been dreaming of for a long time - after a wonderful 12 years in the fitness and wellness industry traveling the world and being given some amazing opportunities I wanted to share everything I've learnt and the experience I've gained to help you build the careers of your dreams. 

The Sweatwork is designed to support the needs and goals of those wishing to break into the industry, or those who wish to take their careers to the next level. 

Through a series of workshops, webinars, weekly group calls, in person classes and a private FB Group we will look at breaking into the top of the industry, courses, auditions, teaching skills, negotiating salary, legal issues, insurance, certifications, taxes and finance, brand building, social media, networking and so much more.

Join me on Thursday July 13th at 6pm at Reebok Boston's South End Collective for a barre class, followed by an info session and Q & A about The Sweatwork.

Every Friday, I'll be leading a class at The Kitchen in the Boston Public Market. In these classes, we will create delicious, nutritious breakfast, lunch, brunch, snacks and smoothies that not only taste amazing, but that are healthy for you too! I'll guide you through the process of making the dishes, whilst you learn the ‘why’s behind this year’s healthy food trends and Instagram favorites. 

Take a break from work during your lunch hour to learn about healthy eating and create a new recipe! Each session takes about 35-40 minutes so you can drop by anytime between 12:00-1:30 pm. Drop in whenever is convenient for you. 

Classes run from 12:00 to 2pm and include all materials, including to-go containers. Please make sure to register online so we can bring enough food and materials for everyone.
