I am so excited to announce that I will be partnering with Dr. Julie Russak to bring our Comprehensive Wellness Program to Peak Health Retreats this Summer at The Capra in Saas-Fee!

For the first time ever, guests can enjoy an extension of Russak Dermatology’s Comprehensive Wellness Program & Testing overseas. The program, (typically lasting 6-months) will now be offered at Peak Health for guests who desire to a fully immersive version while enjoying the offerings of The Capra. The intensive will include two PEAKS: wellness and skin. For our wellness component, guests will enjoy individual lab work assessments, nutritional guide and a customised menu. I will also lead wellness conversations, and offer personalised coaching, and lifestyle tips. It is a privilege that I get to talk and think about food in the way that I do, and it's all of our responsibility to help those that do not have such access to food and nutrition. 

Food scarity and hunger impacts 1 in 10 people in this state, and in some communities as many as 7 in 10. This is happening in our neighborhoods and communities, to people you know, your work colleagues and your friends. 

Myself and Team Lightest Brightest You are participating in the incredible Project Bread's 51st Walk for Hunger on Sunday, May 5 and we are asking for donations to support community-based programs across MA that help people access and afford food.

You can help in 2 ways:
