It is a privilege that I get to talk and think about food in the way that I do, and it's all of our responsibility to help those that do not have such access to food and nutrition. 

Food scarity and hunger impacts 1 in 10 people in this state, and in some communities as many as 7 in 10. This is happening in our neighborhoods and communities, to people you know, your work colleagues and your friends. 

Myself and Team Lightest Brightest You are participating in the incredible Project Bread's 51st Walk for Hunger on Sunday, May 5 and we are asking for donations to support community-based programs across MA that help people access and afford food.

You can help in 2 ways: 

1) I would LOVE for you to join us on Sunday 5th for any of the activities - you can run the 5K, walk the 20 miles, or do both (I've signed up for both so am going to need all the support I can get)! Simply click on the 'Join Team' button underneath my picture:

Spring Refresh: A One Day Retreat

Join me for my first one day retreat in Boston as we embrace the season for renewal, and start our journey to empowering your lightest, brighest, healthiest, happiest you. 

We will start the day with green juices and a Vision Boarding workshop, setting your healthy intentions for the day and the season ahead. 

Following this Clean Beauty Artist Amber Voner will lead a workshop on the importance of Non-Toxic Beauty, and how to implement this into your daily wellness regime. She will also be treating each attendee to a Clean Beauty makeover, preparing your most glowing, naturally beautiful self for your headshots taken by Lifestyle and Boudoir Photographer Valerie Sarron. 

I will be there leading you through the day, guiding you through the Holistic Nutrition and Health Practices I have used to amazing success with my A-List clientele, including the British Royal Family, Victoria's Secret Models, and Hollywood elite. I'll also be presenting workshops on: 

  • Vision Boarding for Your Healthiest, Happiest You
  • Smart Detoxification for Spring
  • Hormonal Health for Women 
  • A Holistic Guide to Optimum Sleep 

Superfood Smoothies, lunch from sweetgreen and treats from Sakara Life will also be served throughout the day to ensure you are nourished inside and out. 

To close the day will lead us through a restorative and healing yoga and meditation practice, enabling us to seal in the journey we have taken throughout the day and to clarify our intentions to live our healthiest lives throughout Spring. 

Spaces are VERY limited (I'm opening this workshop to just 12 attendees) to ensure personal attention and intimate environment and individualized advice.
