I'm honored to be moderating this panel of clean beauty, wellness and sustainability experts at Follian!
We will be covering the benefits of a holistic approach to clean living, including exercise, medicine, beauty, hormonal balance, mental health, and more. With 4 wellness experts, we'll dive deep into the mutually beneficial impacts for your body, your mind and the environment, the overall health benefits of living well, living with intention, taking control of your health, and where to start.
Our panelists include:
Tara Foley, Founder & CEO of Follain
In 2009, Tara was on a completely different career path (law!), working long hours, and trying to stay healthy. It occurred to Tara that she focused on fitness and healthy eating - but not what she was putting on her face and body. So she started asking questions and launched a blog called Naturalchemyst. The response showed Tara how many of us wanted to understand what we’re putting on ourselves and where to find effective, luxurious, nontoxic options. After years of hands-in-the-dirt learning both on a lavender farm in France and with a private label beauty company, Tara founded Follain in 2013 with the belief that no one should have to sacrifice health for beauty.
Sarah Villafranco, Founder & CEO of Osmia
Dr. Sarah Villafranco, founder and CEO of Osmia Organics is a natural skincare expert, and a noisy advocate for cultivating joy and health every day. She practiced emergency medicine for ten years, where she saw and treated a broad spectrum of human health and illness. She now works through her artisanal skincare brand to improve people’s health and happiness (as well the planet’s) by decreasing the number of chemicals in their personal care routines, and by encouraging people to “return to their senses”. If you’re into green beauty, fitness, border collies, Colorado, or healthy living, you should stalk her Instagram feedASAP.
