Each week for 4 weeks you will receive an easy to use guide to the exact steps I use with my clients to manage their stress levels, prevent burnout and give them more balance. In addition to the weekly guides you will have access to me via email for questions and feedback, and a private FB group for feedback, support and accountability from your fellow participants:
